Metallics SIMPPF16 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What is Metallics SIMPPF16 marking paint used for?
SIMPPF16 is a pink inverted-tip striping paint, the type used to lay out lines and marks on horizontal surfaces. The inverted tip means the can sprays while held upside down, so you can mark floors, slabs, and pavement from a standing position or with a wand applicator instead of crouching. Pink is commonly carried for layout marking on electrical rough-in work.
2) Can the Metallics SIMPPF16 can be sprayed upside down in a striping wand?
Yes. SIMPPF16 is built as an inverted tip can, so the valve feeds correctly with the can held nozzle-down. That is the orientation a line striping wand or marking cart holds it in.
3) What is the part number to order Metallics pink striping paint?
Order it as Metallics SIMPPF16. That single model number covers the pink inverted-tip stripe paint; there are no finish or size options to specify alongside it.
