With the fiberglass TRS9/8FG, cut it with an abrasive or carbide blade rather than a rod cutter, since a shearing cutter crushes and frays composite instead of cleaving it, and dress the cut end so a 1/2-13 nut will start cleanly.

No. The order is the rod alone, one 8 foot piece. Nuts, washers, couplings, beam clamps or anchors all get ordered separately, in 1/2-13 to match the rod thread.
4) Will a 1/2-13 fiberglass rod thread into standard 1/2 inch strut channel nuts and hanger hardware?
Yes on thread fit. Channel nuts, rod couplings and hanger fittings sized 1/2-13 mate with this rod because the thread form and pitch are the same as a steel 1/2-13 rod. Load capacity is a separate question from thread fit, so size the hanger to the manufacturer's load rating for composite rod rather than to steel rod values.
