1) Will a Topaz 758 conduit nipple thread into rigid conduit and IMC fittings?
Yes. The Topaz zinc die-cast nipple is made for rigid conduit and IMC raceway, with threaded ends on both sides so it screws directly into enclosure hubs, locknuts, and rigid fittings. It is not a set-screw or compression fitting, so the enclosure or coupling it lands in has to be tapped for standard conduit thread.
