TOTO TES204AEI2#CP – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Is this TOTO soap dispenser the round spout version or the square one?
The TES204AEI2#CP is ordered as the round spout kit. TOTO builds the same two-spout automatic dispenser assembly in a square spout style as well, so match the spout shape to the faucets already on the counter before you order.
2) Does the TOTO TES204AEI2 soap dispenser match chrome faucets already installed?
It does if those faucets are polished chrome. The #CP suffix is TOTO's polished chrome code, so the exposed spouts read as bright chrome. Brushed nickel, matte black, or brushed stainless trim will not match it.
3) What is the TOTO TES204AEI2#CP actually for?
It's an automatic soap dispenser assembly for a commercial washroom lavatory, sold as a kit with two spouts. TOTO's model designation for the kit is TES204AEI2#CP, and the #CP suffix is TOTO's polished chrome finish code.
4) How many soap outlets does the TOTO TES204AEI2 kit cover?
Two. The kit ships with two spouts, so one order covers a pair of lavatories or two dispensing points off the same assembly. If you are outfitting a three- or four-station restroom, count the spouts you need rather than the number of kits.
5) Is the TES204AEI2#CP a manual push dispenser or touchless?
Touchless. It is an automatic soap dispenser, so users get soap without contacting the spout, which is the usual specification for high-traffic public and institutional restrooms.
6) How do I make sure I'm ordering the exact TOTO two-spout automatic soap dispenser kit and not an adjacent model?
Order by the full TOTO part number including the finish suffix: TES204AEI2#CP. TOTO's TES dispenser line runs several close designations that differ by spout shape, spout count, and finish, and dropping the #CP or the trailing 2 will land you on a different assembly.
