TOTO THU344#12 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What is TOTO THU344#12 and what does the set include?
THU344#12 is a TOTO replacement part set containing both the large and small side plates, sold together as one kit under the single part number. It is a plumbing fixture accessory, not a complete fixture, so it is ordered when the side plates themselves need replacing rather than the unit they mount to.
2) Do I have to buy the large and small TOTO side plates separately?
No. Both plates come in the one kit. THU344#12 is a set, so a single order line covers the large plate and the small plate together.
3) What part number should I give my supplier for the TOTO large and small side plate set?
Order it as TOTO THU344#12. The #12 suffix is TOTO's finish code carried as part of the full part number, so quote the number complete rather than just THU344 to avoid getting a different finish.
4) Is the TOTO THU344#12 side plate set offered in more than one finish?
The side plate set is supplied in a single configuration, THU344#12. If your fixture needs a different TOTO finish code, that is a different part number, not an option on this one.
