No, and this is the mistake people make most often with it. The SW3044AT40 is a WASHLET+ model, built to mount only on a TOTO T40 WASHLET+ ready toilet, where the bowl is designed to hide the water supply hose and the power cord. On a standard toilet there is nowhere for that hose and cord to run, so it will not install the way it is meant to. If you are retrofitting a toilet you already own, you need a non-WASHLET+ WASHLET seat instead.
2) Is the TOTO SW3044AT40 S500e bidet seat elongated or round?
Elongated bowl shape only. The seat measures 7.875 inches wide with an inside length of 11.8125 inches and mounts on 5.5 inch center-to-center bolt holes. If the bowl you are pairing it with is a round front, this is the wrong seat.
3) What electrical does the TOTO S500e WASHLET+ seat need at the toilet?
A 120 volt, 60 Hz outlet. The cord is 47.25 inches, so the receptacle has to be within roughly four feet of the seat, measured along the path the cord actually takes behind the bowl.
