If you want a step above, the Detex 40 Advantex Series is a Grade 1 narrow stile rim device rated extra heavy duty. The Dormakaba QED200 and Stanley QED200 are Grade 1 heavy duty narrow stile rim devices as well.

The ED3700 is a rim device that latches into a strike on the frame or opposite leaf. If the drawing calls for concealed vertical rod, Hager offers the 4601 Series 36 inch Grade 1 concealed vertical rod narrow stile device, and the 4501 Series 36 inch Grade 1 concealed vertical rod device with a wide stile pushpad.

Two: 630 satin stainless steel, and 695 Duro (a dark bronze tone). The 630 is the usual match for aluminum storefront with stainless or brushed trim; 695 is the one to pick when the existing pulls and closers on the building are dark bronze.
