Mustee 27F UTILATWIN DOUBLE TUB FLOOR

Floor mounted. The 27F Utilatwin sits on its own legs on the floor rather than hanging off the wall, so you do not need to find blocking or load-bearing wall framing for it. That matters in a finished basement or a retrofit laundry room where the wall behind the sink is drywall over studs you cannot see.

The 27F is Mustee's Utilatwin double laundry tub in a floor-mounted configuration, a two-compartment utility sink for laundry rooms, basements, janitor closets and mechanical spaces. It is ordered under manufacturer part number 27F.

The 27F Utilatwin gives you two compartments. A double is what you want when one bay is going to sit full, soaking laundry or holding a mop bucket, while you still need a clean bay to rinse in. If the room is tight or the sink is only there to catch a washer discharge and fill a bucket, a single-compartment utility tub takes up less floor and costs you less plumbing.

Order the faucet separately. The 27F is the tub only, so plan on a laundry or utility faucet and the drain fittings and trap for each compartment as separate line items to finish the install.

Common uses are apartment laundry rooms, janitor and custodial closets, and basement or garage utility areas in multi-family and institutional buildings. Because it is floor mounted it can go into a unit turnover without opening a wall to add blocking, and the two bays let one sink serve mop filling and hand rinsing at the same time.
