Sta-Kon RC337U VNYL INS RNG TERM 90 DEG 12-10 YEL

The RC337U is sized for 12-10 AWG stranded copper wire, and the yellow vinyl insulation is the standard color code for that range. If you're terminating 16-14 AWG, the yellow barrel will be too large to crimp reliably and you need a blue-coded terminal instead; 22-16 AWG takes a red one.

The RC337U is a flag-style ring terminal: the ring sits at a right angle to the wire barrel, so the conductor runs parallel to the mounting surface instead of straight into the stud. That matters in shallow panels, tight junction boxes, and motor terminal boxes where a straight ring terminal would force a sharp bend in the wire right behind the crimp. If you have room to approach the stud head-on, a standard straight ring terminal is the simpler choice.

Copper barrel with vinyl insulation over it. That makes it a copper-to-copper termination, so use it on copper conductors. Aluminum conductors need a terminal rated for aluminum with the appropriate inhibitor compound, not this one.

Country of origin on the RC337U is the United States, which is what procurement officers on federal, education, and healthcare contracts usually need documented for domestic-content requirements.

Order Sta-Kon RC337U. That one number covers the whole configuration: vinyl insulated ring tongue, 90 degree flag bend, 12-10 AWG yellow. There are no finish or size options to specify on it.

Sta-Kon terminals are designed around Sta-Kon's own ratcheting crimp tooling, and the vinyl-insulated barrel is crimped over the insulation color band. A general-purpose insulated-terminal crimper set for the yellow 12-10 AWG range will form the barrel, but the pull-out strength the terminal is built for assumes the matching die. For panel work that gets inspected, use the tool die that matches the 12-10 AWG yellow range.
