1) Can the WAC Revels WS-W13348 wall light be mounted horizontally, or does it have to run vertically?
The 48 inch Revels bar can be wall mounted in any orientation, so vertical alongside a door or horizontal above a garage opening both work. It is 48 inches on its long dimension with a 5 inch listed length, and it throws light from acrylic diffusers on both sides of the aluminum body, so the glow reads the same either way you turn it.
2) Is the WS-W13348 Revels fixture rated for a fully exposed exterior wall, or only a covered entry?
Wet location rated and IP65, with ETL and cETL listings, so direct rain exposure on an open facade is within rating. The aluminum housing with polycarbonate diffusers is the reason it holds that rating. It is also cleared for indoor use, which is what makes it usable on a covered breezeway or a stairwell where you want the same fixture inside and out.
3) Do I need a driver or transformer to install the WAC Revels 48 inch LED wall light?
No. It runs on 120V AC LED technology with the driver on board, so it lands straight on a standard pancake junction box with line voltage. 5) If I order the 3000K Revels, can the color temperature be changed on site?
Yes, on the Tri-CCT models. A switch inside the canopy is reachable during installation and toggles between 2700K warm, 3000K warm white and 3500K white. The fixture ships factory set to 3000K. That matters if you are matching a facade that already has warmer fixtures on it, because you can set it at the wall instead of reordering. Note there is also a fixed 4000K build (WS-W13348-40-BK) if you want a cooler light than that range covers.
6) Does the Revels WS-W13348 meet California Title 24 or ADA requirements?
It is not Title 24 compliant, not Title 20 listed, and not Energy Star rated. It is also not an ADA compliant fixture, which matters because the 5 inch dimension puts it outside the 4 inch maximum projection allowed for wall-mounted objects in a circulation path.
