Modern Forms PD-508 Mies LED Chandelier

Inspired by Mies van der Rohe, one of the pioneers of modern architecture, this hexagonal chandelier nails the minimalist aesthetic while observing modern dcor trends with its aged brass finish. Cutting-edge LED modules bring beautiful light into every setting, while ultra-thin aircraft cables connect the hexagon to a circular canopy for a subtle geometric contrast. Energy-efficient integrated LED's provide a long-lasting maintenance-free bright and even illumination.
  • Constructed with silica gel diffusers to maximize brightness and provide an even illumination.
  • Ultra-sleek electrified cables eliminate the need for clunky power wires. Height is simple to adjust through push pin connectors on the canopy. Longer heights available by special order.
  • Universal Input Voltage Driver (120V-240V-277V) inside fixture, can fit on a pancake junction box. Custom CCT options available by special order.
  • Smooth and continuous dimming with an electronic low voltage (ELV) or 0-10V dimmer.
  • High Powered Replaceable LED Module CRI: 90, Rated Hours: 50,000, Color Temp: 3000K.

WAC Lighting R1ARWT-BK – Frequently Asked Questions

1) Is the R1ARWT a complete downlight or just the trim?
It is the trim only. The R1ARWT is the round wall wash trim for the WAC Lighting Aether Atomic platform, so the housing or frame-in and the Atomic light engine have to be ordered separately to make a working fixture.
2) What finishes does the WAC Lighting R1ARWT Aether Atomic round wall wash trim come in?
Two: black (R1ARWT-BK) and white (R1ARWT-WT). Both are the same round wall wash trim, so pick the finish by whether you want the aperture to read dark against the ceiling or disappear into a white ceiling.
3) When should I use a wall wash trim instead of a standard round downlight trim?
Use the wall wash version when the fixture sits close to a wall and you want light pushed across that surface, for artwork, stone, or a feature wall. A standard round trim throws straight down and will scallop or hot-spot if you aim it at a wall. For general ceiling coverage in a room, the plain round trim is the right call and the R1ARWT is the wrong one.
