The LU-FB is a 30 degree fixed angle mounting clip. It holds WAC's plug and play LED undercabinet linear strip so the run can break at a 30 degree angle instead of continuing straight, which is what you need where cabinetry turns on an angle or a peninsula corner cuts across. It is a mounting accessory only, no LED in it.
2) Will the FB angle clip fit my existing LED strip, or only WAC undercabinet strips?
It is built for WAC's plug and play LED undercabinet linear strips, which use a low profile aluminum extrusion 1/2 inch tall by 1/2 inch wide. If your strip is not that WAC extrusion profile, the clip will not hold it. The strips it fits come in 8, 20 and 40 inch lengths.
3) Do I need the FB clip for a 90 degree corner, or something else?
No. The FB handles 30 degree turns only. For a square corner, use the hardware that ships with the strips: each strip includes I-connectors, end caps and mounting brackets that support 90 degree turns and joiner-cable extensions. Order the FB only where the cabinet run breaks at 30 degrees.
4) Can this undercabinet clip be used in a damp location like a bath vanity or covered outdoor kitchen?
Damp interior locations, yes. The system is IP44 rated and ETL and cETL Listed under UL 2108, with a Damp location rating. That covers a bath vanity or an enclosed, protected interior space. It is not a wet location part, so skip it on anything exposed to direct water or weather.
5) Does adding the angle clip change how the strips are powered or dimmed?
