Yes. The JLW181G washers are hot dip galvanized steel, which is the coating you want for exterior strut, ground rod clamps, pole line hardware, and other wet or corrosive locations. Pair them with hot dip galvanized bolts and nuts so you are not mixing coatings at the joint.

A split lock washer like the JLW181G is a single coil with a cut and offset ends. On vibrating equipment mounts, transformer pads, and machine bases, the usual build is flat washer against the material, lock washer under the nut.

Not a good idea. The JLW181G is galvanized steel, and putting zinc coated steel in direct contact with stainless in a wet location sets up galvanic corrosion that eats the zinc. Keep galvanized with galvanized, and use stainless lock washers where the rest of the assembly is stainless.
