2) Can I use the C58TB conduit body outdoors or in a wet location?
Malleable iron Form 8 bodies are the type normally run outdoors on rigid conduit, but the weathertight rating comes from using the correct Form 8 cover with its gasket installed. Bare threads also need to be made up tight into the hubs. Without the gasketed cover in place it isn't sealed.
