1) Is the TEK13M a #10-16 thread, and will it match other #10 self-drillers I already stock?
Yes. It is a #10 diameter by 1 inch long with 16 threads per inch, UNC, made to SAE J78-2013 for the thread form and ASME B18.6.3-2010 for dimensions. Any other #10-16 self-drilling screw built to those same standards will share thread pitch and drive size, so it interchanges on the same hole and the same 5/16 driver.
2) Will these screws snap when I drive them with an impact driver?
Torsional strength is 61 lb-in minimum, with a case hardness of Rockwell C32-40. That is enough for driving in the rated 0.110 to 0.175 inch panel range with a screw gun, but a high-torque impact driver will twist the head off past that figure. Use a depth-sensitive screw gun or clutch setting and let the point do the drilling rather than leaning on it.
3) Does the TEK13M self-drilling screw come with a washer built in, or do I order washers separately?
The washer is integral to the head, so nothing extra to order. Washer outside diameter is 0.384 to 0.414 inches with a thickness of 0.019 to 0.031 inches, which spreads the bearing load over sheet metal and gives a flatter seat than a plain hex head.
