Elastimold N0260 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What conductor size does the Elastimold N0260 connector take?
It is built for 3/0 stranded conductor. If your cable is a different size, this is the wrong part number and you need the version of the connector matched to that conductor size.
2) Can I use the N0260 connector on a 25KV or 35KV circuit?
Yes. The N0260 is rated for the 15-35KV range, so it covers 15KV, 25KV and 35KV class applications within that span.
3) What is the Elastimold N0260 and what part number do I order it by?
The N0260 is an Elastimold two-hole spade connector for 15-35KV separable connector systems, sized for 3/0 stranded conductor. Order it by manufacturer part number N0260.
4) Is the N0260 a two-hole or single-hole spade termination?
Two-hole spade. The pad is drilled for two bolts, so the mating equipment pad or bus connection needs matching two-hole prep.
