1) Can the Red Dot S400CN box be used outdoors in wet locations?
Yes. The S400CN is a weatherproof Dry-tite box, rated for dry, damp and wet locations, so it works on exterior walls, under eaves, or on equipment pads. The cover edges are machined clean so the gasket seats evenly and keeps water out of the device cavity.
2) How many devices will the Red Dot S400CN hold, and how much wire fill does it allow?
It is a 2 gang box, so it takes two devices such as a pair of receptacles, two switches, or a switch and receptacle side by side. Interior volume is 31 cubic inches, which is what you use when you run the conductor fill calculation for the circuit and grounds landing in the box.
3) What size conduit hubs does the Red Dot S400CN 2 gang outdoor box have, and how many?

The S400CN's three 1/2 inch hubs are threaded, so conduit threads directly into the body and the joint itself is part of the water seal. Knockout boxes depend on a separate connector and sealing washer at every opening, which is one more place for water to get in on a wet-location run. For dry interior work the knockout box is fine and cheaper to terminate.
7) Will the silver finish on the Red Dot S400CN match the other weatherproof boxes on my building?
The S400CN is silver, which is the standard mill-type finish on Red Dot weatherproof boxes, so it will read the same as other silver Dry-tite boxes already on the walls. If your existing boxes are bronze or painted white, the box body will not match and you would want to specify that color instead.
