No, it does not let you skip anything. Smart Connect is a feature of the sealing element that lets an unpressed connection leak intentionally during pressure testing so you can find the joint you missed. Every 25151 connection still has to be pressed with the correct 1-1/2 inch tooling before the system goes into service.
