Note the two temperature figures are different jobs: 125 C is the UL bug rating, 135 C is the material's maximum operating temperature.
2) Is single-wall thin-wall tubing like FP-301 enough, or do I need dual-wall adhesive-lined for a direct-burial or wet splice?
FP-301 is single-wall thin-wall polyolefin. It gives you mechanical and dielectric covering, strain relief and color identification, but there is no adhesive liner inside, so it is not a moisture seal on its own. For a buried, submerged or weather-exposed splice you want an adhesive-lined dual-wall product instead. For panel wiring, harness bundling, wire marking and general strain relief on terminations, single-wall is the correct choice and it goes on faster.
3) Is this flame retardant tubing, and will it corrode the copper underneath?
Flame retardant, tested to the UL 224 all-tubing flame test, and non-corrosive, so it will not attack copper conductors, tinned terminals or connector plating over time. That combination is what lets it be used in panel and control-cabinet wiring rather than just general repair work.
