The insulation is vinyl (PVC), so it handles heat and cold in that band but is not a substitute for a nylon or heat-shrink terminal where abrasion resistance or moisture sealing is the concern.

Overall length is 1.03 inch and overall width 0.38 inch, with dimension E at 0.84 inch and a 0.29 inch fork clearance. On closely spaced terminal blocks, check the 0.38 inch width against your stud pitch, since adjacent forks can touch if the spacing is tighter than that.
