No seat is included. The Afwall Millennium is supplied as an elongated wall-hung flushometer bowl, top spud, less seat, so you order an elongated commercial seat separately. The touchless Selectronic piston flush valve is part of the system, so you do not need to source a flushometer.

Top spud. The Afwall Millennium bowl takes the flush valve above the bowl at the top spud connection, which is what the included Selectronic piston valve is set up for. If your existing chase and rough-in were built for a back spud bowl, this is not a straight swap.

Yes. The Selectronic valve has a fully mechanical manual override that operates without power, so a restroom stays usable during an outage. Normal operation runs off a CR-P2 lithium battery rated for 8 years that comes installed in the valve, so there is no hardwiring or transformer to plan for.
