American Standard CS Series Toilet Paper Holder - AMS-8335230

Two: polished chrome, ordered as 8335230.002, and brushed nickel, ordered as 8335230.295. The suffix after the dot is the finish code, so if you're standardizing a building on one look, that's the digit to hold constant across other American Standard CS Series pieces.

No. The CS Series holder uses concealed mounting with no exposed set screws, so the posts sit flush against the wall once the holder is on. For a property manager matching finish across a bank of restrooms, there's no visible fastener to spoil the line.

Both are tarnish-resistant on the CS Series holder, so it's an appearance call rather than a durability one. Chrome is the brighter, more reflective option and shows water spotting sooner; brushed nickel is the warmer satin look and hides fingerprints better, which is why it tends to win in hotels and multi-family. Pick whichever matches the faucet and towel bar already in the room.

Wall mounted. It fastens to the wall with concealed mounting and carries the roll on a brass tube between two posts. If you need something that moves with the tenant or sits on the floor beside the toilet, this isn't it, you want a freestanding stand instead.

The brass tissue tube is part of the holder, so it ships ready to load a roll. You are supplying only the wall anchors suited to your substrate, drywall, tile over backer, or block, since the right anchor depends on what you're fastening into.
