2) Will this Colony PRO trim work on my existing Moen or Delta tub valve?
No. This trim is built for the American Standard Flash rough-in valve platform only. Another manufacturer's valve body uses different cartridge stems and escutcheon prep, so the handles and spout will not land correctly. For a Flash valve replacement or new rough-in, the Colony PRO trim is the correct match.
3) My finished tile came out proud of the rough valve. Does the Colony PRO trim give me any adjustment?
Yes, the trim kit provides an additional 1 inch of installation adjustability for the finished deck, which covers most cases where tile, stone, or backer thickness pushed the wall out past the original rough-in depth.
