The Colony chair height elongated bowl meets Americans with Disabilities Act requirements for use and accessibility, and it sits at roughly 17 inches to the top of the seat, which is the chair height range ADA calls for. Note that American Standard classifies this model as a residential product, so for a public commercial restroom check your local code and specifier requirements as well.

Chair height on the Colony puts the top of the seat around 17 inches off the floor, compared with the roughly 15 inch seat height of a standard bowl. Because the toilet ships less seat, the finished height shifts slightly with whichever seat you install, thicker seats sit a bit higher.

It flushes at 1.6 gallons per flush (6.0 liters), the federal maximum for toilets sold in the US. If your project is chasing a high efficiency spec at 1.28 gpf or a WaterSense credit, this bowl won't qualify and you'd want a 1.28 gpf model instead.

Elongated. An elongated bowl runs roughly two inches longer front to back than a round front, so in a small powder room or a tight stall you need to confirm clearance from the wall to the front of the bowl before you commit. If floor space is the constraint, a round front bowl is the swap to look at.
