It's built for 8-inch widespread three-hole sinks, and the valve bodies use flexible connections that adjust anywhere from 6 inches to 12 inches center-to-center. So it covers a standard 8-inch spread plus any deck where the hot and cold holes drilled out wider or tighter than nominal.

The inlet shanks are 1/2 inch male threaded and come with brass coupling nuts. You'll connect them to your stops with the appropriate supply risers; the shanks themselves are not compression tubes.

Reach is 5 inches (127 mm) from the spout base. The gooseneck is field-convertible, so the installer sets it as a rigid spout or a swivel spout depending on whether the sink needs the spout to move off-center. That choice is made at install, not at the time of order.

Wrist blades let someone operate the faucet with a forearm or elbow instead of a grip, which is why they turn up in clinics, labs, exam rooms, and school washrooms. The Monterrey version is vandal-resistant and carries red and blue indicators so hot and cold are identified without a second look. If you want a standard lever or four-arm handle instead, that's a different faucet, not an option on this one.

1.5 gpm (5.7 Lpm) through a pressure-compensating aerator, which holds that rate steady as building pressure swings. That matters in multi-story and institutional buildings where pressure varies floor to floor, and it's the rate most low-flow specs are written to.

No drain is part of this faucet. What ships is the gooseneck spout, the two cast brass valve bodies with the flexible underbody connections, the wrist blade handles, and the 1.5 gpm aerator. Order the drain, the supply risers, and the stops separately to finish the rough-in.

The Monterrey uses washerless ceramic disc valve cartridges rather than rubber washers, so there's no compressible seat to wear out and weep. Valve bodies are cast brass with flexible underbody connections.

Chrome, ordered as part number 6540270.002. There's no other finish in this configuration, so a building standardizing on brushed nickel or matte black would need a different model.
