The Reliant 22 inch pedestal lavatory is drilled for 4 inch centerset faucets, so you need a centerset trim with the spout and handles on a single 4 inch base plate. A widespread faucet on 8 inch centers will not land on these holes. The faucet is not included with the sink.

Both. The Reliant ships with wall-mounting hardware, and the basin has to be anchored to the wall with that hardware; the pedestal supports the front of the bowl and conceals the supplies and trap. Plan on backing in the wall at the mounting point before you close it up.

The Reliant basin has an integral rear overflow cast into the china, so the drain assembly you pair with it must be an overflow type pop-up or grid, not a non-overflow unit. The drain and the faucet are both separate purchases.

The bowl runs 6 inches deep, which is enough to wash up in without splashing over the rim, and the basin is set at counter height. There is a wide shelf area around the bowl for soap and essentials.

Vitreous china is the standard material for commercial and multi-family lavatories: it is stain resistant and the high-gloss glaze wipes down easily, which is what you want on a turn. The Reliant pedestal also hides the supplies and trap, so there is less exposed plumbing for tenants to knock loose.

A pedestal like the Reliant 22 gives you floor space back and a clean look, with the trap and supplies hidden inside the column, but you get no storage and the wall has to be blocked for the mounting hardware. A vanity wins where the customer needs cabinet storage and you would rather not open the wall. Rough-in the supplies and drain behind the pedestal column so they stay concealed.

White is the finish offered, ordered as American Standard 467402.02. If you are standardizing bathrooms across a building, that single white glaze keeps the openings matching without sorting colors.
