The Reliant 731150-200 is sold as a standalone column, so a chipped or cracked pedestal gets swapped without touching the basin, faucet, or the rough-in at the wall. Match it to a Reliant basin in white china; the leg is dimensioned for that series, not as a universal column under any brand of lavatory.

It is vitreous china with a high-gloss glaze, the same stain-resistant body used on the basin. That surface wipes down with standard restroom cleaners and does not absorb soap or hard-water staining, which is why china pedestals hold up in high-traffic multi-family and hospitality washrooms. Like any china piece, it will chip under hard impact, so handle it on the fork of a hand truck rather than dragging it on a finished floor.

The china column closes off the front and sides of the trap and supplies, so no chrome supply covers or trap escutcheons are needed for appearance in most installs.
