The 8351076 uses offset shanks with an adjustable rough-in, so it covers anything from 6 inch to 10 inch centers. That range is what makes it a common replacement choice in older janitor closets where the stub-outs were never set to a standard dimension. Measure center to center on your existing hot and cold supplies; anywhere in that window, the faucet adjusts to meet them without moving pipe.

A 3 inch vacuum breaker is built into the spout, so there is nothing separate to buy or install. It prevents back flow from the hose or the bucket below back into the potable supply, which is the reason inspectors look at mop sink faucets in the first place. Integral check valves are also included to stop cross flow between the hot and cold sides.

The spout ends in a 3/4 inch threaded hose end, which is standard garden hose thread, so a mop bucket fill hose or standard hose threads straight on. There's also a bucket hook on the spout so a bucket can hang under the outlet instead of sitting in the basin.

Two finishes are offered: polished chrome, model 8351076.002, and rough chrome, model 8351076.004. Polished chrome is the finished look for a mop sink in a visible utility room or a commercial kitchen. Rough chrome is the unpolished, utilitarian version usually specified for back-of-house closets and mechanical spaces where appearance isn't part of the spec. Function, spout, and shanks are the same on both.

This one mounts to the wall, not to the sink deck. That's the normal arrangement over a floor-mounted mop basin or a wall-hung service sink, where the faucet sits on the wall above the rim and the spout with its hose end reaches out over the basin. If your service sink has faucet holes drilled in a deck or ledge back, a wall-mount body is the wrong configuration and you want a deck-mount service sink faucet instead.

It's built for that duty. The handles are vandal-resistant metal levers rather than plastic or knobs, which is what survives a mop closet, and the valves are washerless ceramic discs instead of rubber washers, so they don't develop the constant drip that rubber seats do.
