3) Should I get a 50/50 double bowl or a single bowl kitchen sink?
The 50/50 split on the Diamond gives you two equal bowls, which is the layout for a household that washes by hand: dirty dishes stack in one side while you wash or prep in the other. Where it works against you is large cookware, since neither half takes a full sheet pan or a roasting rack lying flat.
