1) Is the Blanco Precis PRC442SIKDR sink installed undermount or drop-in?
Undermount only. The Precis 33 inch 60/40 double bowl mounts under the counter, so the countertop edge sits proud of the sink rim and there's no lip on the deck to trap grime. That means it needs a solid surface counter (stone, quartz, solid surface) cut and supported for an undermount, not a laminate top with a drop-in cutout.
2) What does the reversible design on the Blanco Precis 60/40 double bowl sink actually mean?
You can install it with the large bowl on the left or on the right. It's one sink, not two part numbers, so a property manager standardizing across units or a contractor who hasn't settled the layout with the homeowner can order it before the sink orientation is decided. Flip it in the cutout to suit the run of counter and the dishwasher side.
3) Do strainers come with the Blanco Precis undermount sink, or do I order those separately?
Basket strainers are not included, so budget a set with the sink. Two bowls means two drain openings to fit out. The grids that protect the bowl bottoms are separate too, and they're handed: item 236783 for the left bowl and 236782 for the right. There's also a decorative drain cover, item 517666.
4) Does the Blanco Precis sink come with a faucet or a faucet hole?
No faucet is included, and undermount sinks like the Precis carry no deck, so the faucet holes get drilled in the countertop rather than the sink. Your fabricator sets the hole count and spacing when they template the stone, which means you need the faucet picked (single hole, or single with a separate spray or soap dispenser) before the counter goes to cut. Blanco sells faucets and accessories meant to pair with the Precis as a matched set.
5) Will a 33 inch Blanco Precis double bowl sink fit a 33 inch sink base cabinet?
No. A 33 inch sink needs a 36 inch base cabinet. The 33 inch figure is the sink's outside dimension, and an undermount also needs room inside the cabinet for the mounting clips and the counter overhang past the bowl on each side. Dropping this into a 33 inch base leaves nothing to fasten to.
6) What is a low divide on a double bowl kitchen sink, and why choose it over a full-height divider?
The divider between the two bowls stops short of the rim rather than running the full depth. You still get two separated bowls for prepping on one side and washing on the other, but a roasting pan or a baking sheet that would never fit in a single 40 bowl can lay across the divide and still sit under the faucet. If you want the bowls fully independent, for soaking on one side while running water on the other, a standard full-height divide is the better choice.
