1) Will the Brinks Raleigh keyed entry knob fit a 2-3/8 inch backset, or do I need the 2-3/4?
Either one. The Raleigh keyed entry ball knob ships with a 4-way adjustable latch that sets to a 2-3/8 inch or a 2-3/4 inch backset, so you measure from the door edge to the center of the bore and set the latch to match. Those are the two standard residential backsets, so one part covers both preps.
2) What door thickness does the Brinks Raleigh entry knob work on?
It covers 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inch doors, which spans the common older interior slab at 1-3/8 and the standard exterior door at 1-3/4. If your door is thicker than 1-3/4 inches, this is not the lock for it.
3) Do I have to order the Brinks Raleigh knob left hand or right hand?
