TOTO Promenade Rectangular Bathroom Sink

Both, plus a single hole option and a no-hole version. The Promenade is drilled four ways: 4 inch center, 8 inch center, single hole, and none. The faucet drilling is fixed at the factory, so pick the drilling that matches the faucet before you order. The no-hole version is for a wall mount faucet or one mounted through the countertop rather than the sink deck.

Three mounting types are offered: pedestal, drop-in, and undercounter. The pedestal version stands on its own leg and hides the trap and supplies; the drop-in sets into a cutout in a vanity top with the rim resting on the deck; the undercounter mounts beneath a stone or solid surface top with the counter edge exposed at the bowl. That decides your rough-in entirely, so settle it before the vanity is fabricated.

The Promenade comes in two sizes. The larger one measures 22.25 by 27.5 inches with a 13.25 by 20.125 inch basin; the smaller measures 19.25 by 24 inches with an 11.375 by 18.875 inch basin. Both stand 34.375 inches tall in the pedestal version. On a drop-in or undercounter job those basin figures are what you check against the cutout template, and on a pedestal job the 27.5 or 24 inch figure is what has to clear the wall studs and any adjacent door swing.

53 pounds for the larger Promenade and 40 pounds for the smaller one. That is vitreous china bowl and pedestal, and on a pedestal install the wall bracket carries real load, so blocking behind the finished wall matters. Plan two people for setting the bowl on an undercounter or drop-in install; a 53 pound china basin held overhead against a stone top is not a one-man lift.

Yes, and the overflow is at the rear of the basin. That matters for drain selection: a rear overflow means you use a pop-up or grid drain with overflow ports, not a solid non-overflow drain body. Fit a non-overflow drain and the overflow channel has nowhere to discharge.

Five china colors: Cotton White, Colonial White, Bone, Sedona Beige, and Ebony. If you are standardizing across a building or matching an existing TOTO toilet, those color names are the ones to match on. Cotton White and Colonial White are distinct shades, so do not treat them as interchangeable on a job where two fixtures sit in the same room.

Two pieces. A Promenade pedestal setup is a lavatory bowl plus a matching pedestal leg, ordered together as the complete fixture (for example bowl LT530.8 with pedestal PT530N). The bowl also sells on its own for drop-in and undercounter work, which is why the bowl and pedestal carry separate part numbers. Order the two in the same color code so the china matches.

Break it apart. LPT means lavatory with pedestal (LT alone is the bowl only, such as the LT533). The 530 or 532 is the model within the Promenade family. The suffix after the decimal is the faucet drilling, .8 for 8 inch centers and .4 for 4 inch centers, with no decimal for single hole. The number after the hash is the color code, so #01 and #12 are two colors of the same fixture. Match all three parts, drilling, model, and color, or you will get the right sink with the wrong holes.

No. The Promenade is a pedestal, drop-in, or undercounter lavatory. The pedestal version rests on its own leg to the floor, which means it hides the trap and supplies but also occupies floor space and blocks wheelchair knee clearance under the bowl. If the restroom needs open space beneath the fixture, a wall hung lavatory on a carrier is the fixture type to specify instead, not this one.

Yes, the pedestal is a separate orderable piece. The Promenade pedestal (PT530N) is catalogued apart from the bowl (LT530.8), so a cracked or chipped leg does not force a whole new fixture. Match the color code on the replacement to the bowl already installed, and confirm the bowl model, since the 530 and 532 bowls are different fixtures within the same collection.
