TOTO THU750#01 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Is the THU750 a pull-arm trip lever or the rod-and-clip type?
Pull-arm type. The lever arm pulls the flush mechanism directly rather than lifting a chain or a lift rod, so it is not interchangeable with a chain-and-flapper handle. If the tank you are repairing uses a chain to a flapper, this is the wrong lever for it.
2) I manage a building with TOTO toilets and a broken flush handle. Do I need the whole flush valve or just this lever?
If the handle is cracked, loose, or the arm is broken, the trip lever alone is the repair. THU750#01 is sold as a replacement lever assembly for a TOTO toilet, so you are not replacing the flush valve or the tank internals. Match it to a cotton white TOTO tank and confirm your model uses a pull-arm lever rather than a chain.
3) What finish does the TOTO THU750#01 trip lever come in?
Cotton White. The #01 suffix on the part number is TOTO's cotton white code, so THU750#01 is the only configuration of this lever, and it is meant to match a cotton white tank rather than a chrome or brushed trim.
4) How do I order the right TOTO trip lever so I get the correct one?
Order by the full TOTO part number including the finish suffix: THU750#01. TOTO trip levers differ by tank model and by mechanism style, so the number is what pins down the right one. Ordering THU750 without the #01 leaves the finish open.
