TOTO THU6069#12 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What is TOTO THU6069#12 and what does it do?
THU6069#12 is a TOTO spray wand door, a replacement part for a faucet. The wand door is the cover piece that conceals the pull-out spray wand docking area on the faucet body, so this is an appearance and trim part rather than a working valve or spray head.
2) How do I know a TOTO THU6069 wand door will fit my pull-out faucet?
Match it by the faucet's own model number, not by appearance. TOTO wand doors are cut for a specific faucet body and docking throat, so the part needs to be the one TOTO lists for your faucet model. Pull the model number off the faucet's spec sheet or the label on the supply shank and confirm THU6069 is the wand door called out for it before ordering.
3) Do I order a TOTO wand door by the base number or the full part number with the finish suffix?
Order it by the full number, THU6069#12. On TOTO parts the characters after the # are the finish code, so THU6069 on its own does not identify a single orderable item. Give the complete THU6069#12 string to make sure the part arrives in the matching finish.
