Installation & Usage

1. Strip conductor to 1-5/8 inch length as marked on terminal barrel
2. Remove color-coded end cap and verify PENETROX compound presence
3. Insert stripped conductor fully into chamfered barrel opening
4. Position terminal in appropriate compression tool with U29ART die set
5. Apply compression using recommended tool (Y35, Y39, Y750, or Y644HS hydraulic)
6. Verify proper compression with two crimps as specified by die index 324
