The Appleton SD Series SD11 static discharge grounding Reelite™ delivers a convenient, safe way to ground vehicles, portable machines, and equipment operating in hazardous atmospheres. This lightweight, compact, all-steel enclosed reel dispenses a 50-foot (15.2 meter) length of 3/32" galvanized steel aviation control cable, available with or without a nylon jacket, in single or Y-type configuration, terminating in a 100 Amp universal jaw type grounding clamp that dissipates static electrical buildup before it can spark. The unit is rated for (Unclassified) Locations under NEC and CEC requirements, giving electrical contractors a code-referenced option for static control on job sites and industrial facilities.
