It is an auxiliary support tube from Eaton's B-Line strut and support line, supplied pre-assembled with the tube, spacer and hardware together. It is used as an auxiliary support, so it carries or braces a run where the primary support alone will not do the job. Because it ships assembled, there are no separate spacers or fasteners to source before install.

Hardware is included. The tube, spacer and hardware ship pre-assembled as one unit, so you are not buying loose spacers or bolts alongside it. What is not included is the structural anchor into your substrate, concrete anchors, beam clamps or whatever your detail calls for.

It is steel with a yellow zinc chromate finish. That plating handles normal indoor industrial and general electrical environments and gives light corrosion resistance, but it is not a hot-dip galvanized or stainless part. For wet exterior runs, washdown areas or coastal exposure, specify a galvanized or stainless support instead.

It is a mechanical steel support component rather than a listed electrical device, and it is catalogued under Certifications as Not Applicable. Specify it as a support accessory on your submittal, not as a listed raceway or fitting.

10 lb per unit. Light enough for a single installer overhead, but on a multi-unit order it adds up quickly, so plan lift and staging for larger counts.
