The BLGSF10 is rated NEMA 12, so it is built to be used on a NEMA 12 enclosure without dropping the enclosure's dust-tight, drip-tight rating. It is also UL Recognized. If your enclosure is NEMA 4 or 4X (washdown or outdoor), a NEMA 12 grill is not the right part for that opening.
2) Is the BLGSF10 a fan or just the grill?
It is a passive grill, part of the Eaton B-Line enclosure climate control line, not a powered fan. Use it as the exhaust or intake side of a filtered fan setup, or on its own where convection airflow is enough. If you need forced air, order a fan package separately.
