B-Line Eaton series enclosure climate control, 4, ANSI 61 gray painted, Guardian series, Secure mount, Climate control products

It carries a NEMA 4 degree of protection, so it is built for indoor or outdoor locations where the enclosure sees hose-directed water, splashing water and windblown dust. NEMA 4 does not cover corrosive environments the way a stainless 4X unit does, so for washdown areas with chemicals or salt air, specify a 4X-rated unit instead.

The unit measures 10 in height, 5.01 in width and 4.62 in length/depth, and weighs 11.3 lb. Lay out your cutout and mounting holes against that 10 x 5.01 in face, and keep the 4.62 in depth in mind for whatever sits behind or in front of it inside the enclosure. At 11.3 lb it is light enough for a single sheet-metal door panel, but the panel needs to be stiff enough not to distort around the gasket.

Yes. The finish is ANSI 61 gray painted, which is the standard gray used across most industrial control enclosures, so it blends with an existing ANSI 61 lineup in a plant or electrical room rather than standing out as a patch.

Order model BLKNP60FL. That is the Eaton B-Line Guardian series climate control unit in ANSI 61 gray with a NEMA 4 rating and secure mount configuration. There is one configuration, so there is no separate finish or voltage suffix to add to the number.

No, provided the cutout and gasket are done to the unit's spec. The BLKNP60FL is itself rated NEMA 4 and carries NEMA certification, so a correctly mounted and sealed installation maintains a NEMA 4 enclosure. A ragged cutout, a missing gasket or an oversized hole is what breaks the rating, not the unit.
