Plan for a footprint of 39.5 inches high, 20.5 inches wide, and 30 inches of depth off the wall. The 30 inch depth is the number people miss in a tight closet or corridor, since the rack is open frame and gear plus cabling projects into that space.

Fasten into structure. The rack itself is only 16.2 lb bare, but it is a wall-mounted heavy duty rack carrying switches, patch panels and cable weight cantilevered 30 inches off the wall, and that load goes through the steel extension brackets into whatever you anchored to. Hit studs, plywood backing, or masonry. Anchors are not supplied with the rack.

A wall-mount open frame rack like the SB704193930TG makes sense when floor space is committed to something else, the equipment count is small, and you have solid wall structure to anchor to. It gives open 19 inch rail access on both sides for cable dressing without a cabinet to work around. Go floor-standing instead if you are loading heavy UPS units or deep servers, or if the wall cannot take a 30 inch deep cantilevered load.

The panel mounting holes are already #12-24 tapped, so no cage nuts or clip nuts are involved. Order #12-24 rack screws to suit your panels.
