B-LINE SB7659X7TG – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What does the B-Line SB7659X7TG runway to fiber duct support actually do?
It's a steel bracket that ties a cable runway to a fiber duct run, so the duct is carried off the runway instead of being independently supported. B-Line lists it as a "Runway to fiber duct support," and the bracket support and mounting hardware ship with it, so you're not sourcing fasteners separately.
2) Will this bracket match the gray finish on my existing B-Line open frame racks and runway?
Yes, the support comes in Telco gray powder coat, the same finish B-Line uses on its series open frame racks and runway, so it blends into an existing telco-gray pathway rather than standing out in a visible equipment room.
3) Is the SB7659X7TG bracket steel or aluminum, and will it hold up in a data room?
Steel, with a Telco gray powder coat over it. Powder coated steel is the standard material for B-Line telecom pathway supports in conditioned indoor spaces like equipment and data rooms.
