The Eaton B-Line SB2129U24FB is a steel drop-out that mounts at the point where cables leave the runway and head down to a rack or cabinet. It gives the cable a smooth radius over the edge instead of a bare steel lip, so the bend radius is controlled and the jacket doesn't get cut. Cable tie down holes are built in so you can dress and secure the bundle right at the transition.

The drop-out is 4 inches high and 4 inches deep, so it projects about 4 inches off the end of the runway and curves down roughly the same amount. Worth checking against your ladder-to-rack clearance if the runway ends close to a cabinet top or a ceiling obstruction.
