B-Line Eaton series strut channel, .81" channel height, 120" channel length, 1.62" channel width, Steel, 14 Gauge, K06 Hole pattern, B54 channel type,

Yes. The open face is 1.62 inches wide, the same nominal 1-5/8 inch opening as full-height strut, so channel nuts, spring nuts and fittings sized for 1-5/8 inch strut engage the inturned edges normally. The difference is depth only, at .81 inches, so deep fittings that rely on the full 1-5/8 inch cavity for clearance are the ones to watch.

K06 is a knockout style punched pattern in the channel back rather than a solid back. It gives you fixed anchor points along the 120 inch length for bolting to structure or running threaded rod, without having to field drill. If your job calls for a solid back, or for the continuous slotted back, that is a different channel designation from the same series.

DURA GREEN is B-Line's green painted finish on steel, intended for indoor, dry service where a painted coating is acceptable. For exterior, wash-down, or corrosive environments, specify a hot dip galvanized or stainless channel of the same B54 profile instead; paint on 14 gauge steel is not a corrosion barrier for sustained wet exposure.

A full 120 inch length weighs 9.7 pounds, which is a one-man carry and a comfortable overhead lift for a single installer on a ladder. That light weight is a direct result of the half-height .81 inch profile in 14 gauge steel, which is why crews use B54 for light fixture and small conduit support runs instead of full-height strut.

Order Eaton B-Line part number B54KO6-120GRN. That designation reads as B54 channel type, K06 hole pattern, 120 inch length, GRN for the DURA GREEN finish. It ships as a single 120 inch piece and is not a variable length item, so quantity is by the stick.

No. B54KO6-120GRN is the channel only, a bare 120 inch painted steel section. Channel nuts, hardware, end caps, brackets, beam clamps and threaded rod are all ordered separately, so build your takeoff for the fittings as well as the stick count.

Yes. It is 14 gauge steel and cuts cleanly with a band saw, chop saw with a metal blade, or portable band saw, so a 120 inch stick can be broken down into trapeze lengths on the job. Cut ends leave bare steel, so touch them up if you want to keep the green painted finish continuous.
