The frame weighs 234.597 lb empty, before any terminal blocks, cross connect wire or shelf-mounted gear go on it. That is a load the backing has to carry, so it wants mounting into structural framing or a plywood backboard fastened to studs, not drywall anchors alone.

Wall mount. There is no base or floor anchoring in the configuration, so the wall carries the full 234.597 lb of frame plus whatever you load on the 11 shelves. If your room has no structural wall available and you need a free-standing cross connect field, a floor-mounted distribution frame is the right product instead.

This one is built as a support terminal block frame for central cross connects. It gives you a fixed vertical field where incoming and outgoing pairs terminate on blocks and get jumpered between them, which is how a central cross connect point in an MDF or IDF room is organized. It is the frame and shelving only, so terminal blocks, jumper troughs and wire management are separate purchases.
