1) Will the B-Line BRH215 breaker fit a Type BR loadcenter panel?
Yes. The BRH215 is a plug-on Type BR breaker made for Type BR loadcenters. It is a two-pole device in a 1-inch-per-pole frame, so it takes two adjacent 1-inch spaces on the bus. If your panel is Type CH or another manufacturer's bus, this is the wrong breaker.
2) Does the BRH215 trip both poles together?
Yes, it's a common trip two-pole breaker, so a fault or overload on either leg opens both poles at once. That's what a 240V load needs, and it's required for multiwire branch circuits sharing a neutral. It is not two independent single-pole breakers on one handle.
3) What wire size can I land under the BRH215 lugs?
The terminals accept #14 through #4 AWG, copper or aluminum. At a 15A rating you'll typically be landing #14 or #12 copper, but the lug range gives you room if the run is long and the conductor was upsized for voltage drop.
4) Can I use the BRH215 on a 120V circuit only?
It's rated 120/240V, so the breaker itself is fine at either voltage, but a two-pole 15A device is intended for a 240V or 120/240V load across both legs. For a straight 120V branch circuit you want a single-pole 15A BR breaker instead, which occupies one 1-inch space rather than two.
