No. The Estate 5020 is the knob alone, with no rose or escutcheon included. If you want a finished set out of the box, order a complete Passage, Privacy, Full Dummy or Half Dummy set instead.
2) What is the difference between ordering the Baldwin 5020 knob as a Half Pair versus a Pair?
Half Pair is a single knob for one side of the door, Pair is both sides.
