No. The Adirondack full dummy set has no latch and no locking mechanism at all. It mounts as a pull only, which is why it is used on the inactive leaf of a double door. If you need the door to actually stay shut or lock, you need a passage or keyed handleset instead.

It's a full dummy set, so both the exterior handleset and the interior knob or lever trim are included. A single-sided dummy would only dress one face. That matters if you're doing a double door, where you typically pair this set on the inactive leaf with a keyed or passage handleset on the active leaf.

Handing matters on the lever versions. The Arch lever (ARC) and Taper lever (TAP) interior trims are each sold as left handed or right handed, so you need to know which way the door swings before you order. The Rustic knob (RUS) option has no handing to call out.
