1) Will the BEA 10BOXDGSM box fit a 6 inch square push plate?
Yes, but not on its own. The 10BOXDGSM is a double-gang surface mount box, and 4.75 inch and 6 inch square push plates need a 10BRINGC accessory ring on top of the box. A 4.5 inch square plate, a 4.5 inch low-profile plate, or a vestibule plate mounts to the box directly. Order the ring with the box if you are running the larger plates.
2) Do I need to cut into the wall to mount a BEA push plate box?
No wall cutting is needed with the 10BOXDGSM. It is a surface mount box, so it lands on the face of a finished wall and the plate mounts to it. That is the reason to pick it on block, tile, glass surround, or any wall you cannot open up, and on retrofit work where there is no existing double-gang back box behind the finish.
3) Will the 10BOXDGSM work with a BEA MS31 or MS41 touchless actuator?

A single gang box is 2.75 x 4.5 in and suits the narrow plates. For a door jamb there are separate jamb sizes, 1.5 x 4.75 in surface and 1.75 x 4.5 in hardwired. Measure the plate you are mounting and match the gang.
5) Which BEA push plate series does the 10BOXDGSM box accept?
