The BR2-900 is a 2-relay logic module that can fire the relays sequenced or simultaneously, so it can release the electric locking device first and then signal the automatic operator. Both relays are DPDT rated 2 A at 30 VDC or 2 A at 24 VAC, so check the inrush and holding current of your strike or maglock against that rating; anything heavier needs an interposing relay.
3) Will the BR2-900 work with wireless push plates and transmitters I already have on site?
If they are BEA 900 MHz devices, yes. The BR2-900 has a built-in 900 MHz receiver that works with all existing BEA 900 MHz transmitters and devices, plus the 900 MHz Universal Transmitter.
