3) Is the BenderBoot an add-on or does a bender come with it?
It is a standalone accessory. The 74-037 is the boot only, ordered by IDEAL part number 74-037, and it installs onto a bender handle you already own.
4) Does the BenderBoot help with offset and saddle bends specifically, or just regular 90s?
Offsets and saddles are where it earns its place. Those bends need you to hold the bender steady and apply body weight in a controlled way, which is what the tread, grip, and grooved foot are for. A straight 90 against a floor or wall you can already do with the bender's own shoe.
